In Physical Education class (PE) students develop knowledge and skills related to cardio-respiratory endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance. Students participate in various recreational activities and sports such as flag football, table tennis, yoga, badminton, ultimate frisbee, basketball, volleyball, soccer and floor hockey. Students improve their own fitness level through daily stretches, runs and flexibility activities. FitSmart and Active Life are more focused on PE courses. In FitSmart, students take a closer look at the role of fitness in improving physical and social health. In Active Life, students learn about how fitness activities affect different parts of the human body.
