  • Open Enrollment for benefits has officially kicked off! As a reminder, this is your annual opportunity to make changes to most benefit plans (We DO NOT have open enrollment for Dental). If you have had health or financial changes since last year's Open Enrollment period, this is the time to review your current elections to confirm they're still the best options for your family.  All Benefit Eligible employees must re-enroll even if you do not take our health, dental or vision insurance.  Please decline the items that  you are not interested in.   If your currently have a AFLAC or Trustmark product that you want to cancel, you MUST go in and cancel that policy. 

     

    *The Deadline to complete this year's Open Enrollment process is November 30th. Those who do not enroll by this date may not receive benefits for the 2021 plan year.*

    Log into your benefit enrollment portal following the three steps below:

    2. Phone-Enroll via Call Center on select days and hours

    • Speak to someone that knows your benefits to review, add, and/or change your benefits
    • Contact a benefits counselor during the Call Center enrollment window
    • Call Center Dates November 16 - November 30 (M-F)
    • Call Center Hours – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST

    3. Set up an appointment with Heather Downin - your Benefit Specialist

    • Limited appointments available - please attempt to self enroll or enroll via the Call Center.
    • You must sign up for an appointment at the link below - no walk ins.
