Academic Super Bowl
The Columbus North Academic SuperBowl team is an extracurricular program that teaches teamwork, self-discipline, and stresses the importance of learning and self-growth. Our students, regardless of race, religion, gender, work together in teams that stress the areas of math, science, social studies, English, and fine arts while applying these concepts to a given period in history. The Academic SuperBowl team brings all students together to learn, study, and compete as a team. The students understand what it means to be part of a team and work to achieve a common goal. The Academic Team is open to all students at Columbus North who wish to participate. The goals of the team are to foster teamwork, promote academic knowledge and understanding, and have the students learn self-discipline while being part of a team.
