What is the cost of BCSC Pre-K?
Posted by:Tuition costs $160 per week. The first week’s tuition is due at the time of registration.

What do I do after I fill out an application for BCSC Pre-K?
Posted by:One of our staff members will email you more information about registration. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we only send out information about registration once per week.

What is On My Way Pre-K?
Posted by:On My Way Pre-K awards grants to four-year-olds from low-income families so that they may have access to a high-quality Pre-K program the year before they begin kindergarten. The state will not allow access to the application for On My Way Pre-K until the middle of January in 2019. BCSC Pre-K will accept On My Pre-K vouchers at Busy Bees Academy, Taylorsville Elementary School, Parkside Elementary School, and CSA Fodrea Elementary School. Are there any scholarships for assistance with tuition?
Posted by:If you need assistance, you must first apply for On My Way Pre-K. If you do not qualify for On My Way Pre-K, you will need to contact Busy Bees Academy for more information about a modified rate.

What locations offer BCSC Pre-K?
Posted by:We will have BCSC Pre-K classes for the 2019-2020 school year at Busy Bees Academy (which is located at the R.L. Johnson Building), CSA Fodrea Elementary School, Legado (which is the Two-Way Immersion Academy) located at Clifty Creek Elementary School, Parkside Elementary School, Southside Elementary School, and Taylorsville Elementary School.
The opportunity to offer BCSC Pre-K at Mt. Healthy, Rockcreek, Richards, and Smith Elementary Schools will be determined based on need. If your child’s home school is one of these locations, you will need to select a different location for your child to attend BCSC Pre-K. We will contact your family if we are able to offer Pre-K at your home school.

Does BCSC provide transportation for Pre-K?
Posted by:BCSC provides transportation for your four-year-old if you live in the district where your child will attend Pre-K. Transportation is also provided for your child from anywhere in Bartholomew County if you choose to send your child to CSA Fodrea or Legado. Please contact Busy Bees Academy for more information.

Do I still have to pay tuition if my child is sick or my family goes on vacation?
Posted by:Yes, tuition is still due when your child is not at school.

What is the curriculum for BCSC Pre-K?
Posted by:Our curriculum is Reggio Emilia-Inspired in combination with the Foundation Standards that have been created by the Indiana Department of Education.
