i-CARE Payment

i-CARE payments are simple and convenient for your family as we offer multiple ways to pay.

Credit card, debit card, or check (processing fees apply)

• Online Parent Portal
• Pay over the phone by calling (812) 418-0924 between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM

Make an Online Payment

Cash, personal check (payable to i-CARE), or money order

• Send payment in a clearly labeled envelope with your child to school
• Give directly to a member of the i-CARE Staff at the time of drop off

i-CARE Schedules

Cancellations

When the regular school day is cancelled due to weather, the i-CARE program is also closed.

2 Hour Delays

When the regular school day is put on a 2-hr delay, the i-CARE program will open at 6:30 AM as normal. The i-CARE staff will care for the students until school begins.

Delays Turned Cancellations

When the regular school day is delayed and then cancelled after 6:30 AM, the i-CARE staff will care for the students until they are picked up. In order to keep the staff and students safe, we ask that the students be picked up as soon as possible.

Early Dismissal

When the regular school day is let out early due to weather, the i-CARE staff will care for the students until they are picked up. In order to keep the staff and students safe, we ask that the students be picked up as soon as possible.

Break Care

The i-CARE Program provides care for current BCSC students in grades Pre-K through 6th grade during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks (excluding major holidays). You must enroll online for break care separately from normal school year enrollment.

i-CARE will open at 6:30 am and close at 6:00 pm on these days. The program is staffed with two assistant site coordinators and two or more teacher assistants, depending on enrollment numbers. Any delinquent i-CARE account will require payment before child/children can be enrolled. If your child/children are NOT currently enrolled in i-CARE, you will be required to pay for the entire break care amount prior to the start of break care. Charges are based on enrollment type and not on actual attendance. Once the enrollment deadline has passed, there can be no additions, cancellations or changes made. Refunds are NOT issued if the child/children do not attend.

Breakfast, lunch, snack, and exciting STEAM activities are provided.
