Background checks

In order to help at Parkside, all volunteers must complete a background check every year.  You may fill out a background check form now for the 2023/24 school year. Please make sure to fill out the entire form and to include your email.  You may send the completed form to school with your child or email it to Mrs. Ebersold at ebersoldk@bcsc.k12.in.us

Once your background check is completed you will receive an email from "info@safevisitors.com"

Extenuating Circumstance Form

If a student needs to be absent due to an extenuating circumstance, please complete the form below and return it to Mrs. Ebersold in the office.  You may also email it to her at ebersoldk@bcsc.k12.in.us
